With a view to strengthening areas of collaboration, representatives of the Cluster Logístico de Aragón / Aragón Logistics Cluster (ALIA) have recently visited the port of Bilbao to learn about the new projects and services being taken forward in the port and which may be of interest for exporting companies of Aragón.
On their visit, the Cluster representatives were received and accompanied by the Port Authority’s Director of Operations, Commerce, Logistics and Strategy, Andima Ormaetxe Bengoa, and by the Marketing and Commercial Manager, Amaia Sarasola Anzola. The delegation from Aragón was made up of the President of the Cluster, Eduardo Corella Mendoza, the Vice-President, Alfredo Caballero Boné, and the Manager, Ángel Gil Gallego.
Logistics accounts for 8% of Aragon’s GDP and ALIA is a key forum for identifying and enhancing synergies and improving the competitiveness of logistics services.
