The Ethical Channel

The Ethical Channel is a communication system available to all employees, managers, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders of the Port Authority of Bilbao (PAB). This channel enables all and any irregular behaviour that may be seen to take place in the PAB to be reported, both in relation to the organisation’s own internal code of conduct and to the legal system, in a strictly anonymous and confidential manner. All data provided shall remain confidential and shall be processed with all due guarantees and security measures required by law. Those who report or communicate in good faith deeds, actions or behaviour through this channel (internal or external) shall not be subject to reprisals or suffer any other adverse consequence for this communication, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023.
