This equipment is complemented by the containment barriers of industrial companies based in the port, such as <em>Petrono<\/em>r, <em>Tepsa <\/em>and <em>Esergui<\/em>, as well as the resources of the mooring companies and the Ibaizabal tugboat company.<\/p>\n<p>The Port of Bilbao is at the forefront in Europe in terms of being equipped with its own resources to deal with this type of emergency.
