BAT will connect Basque companies with the world&#8217;s leading innovation and entrepreneurship hubs, offering highly specialised services for the acceleration of start-ups and the development of new technological solutions, to which the port of Bilbao will have access.<\/p>\r\n<p>By joining BAT, <strong>Bilbao PortLab<\/strong>, the innovation and research hub promoted by the <strong>Port Authority of Bilbao<\/strong> and part of the <strong>Bilbao Port and River Foundation<\/strong>, will be connected to over 140 international hubs, and will be able to collaborate with the start-up community, companies, investors and technology partners, as well as with port companies, in attracting and generating innovative projects in the logistics and port sector. At the same time, it will help companies, start-ups and entrepreneurs to leverage the funding opportunities available to take their innovation plans forward.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Bilbao PortLab <\/strong>will form part of the ecosystem comprising leading public and private organisations in the fields of business and innovation, bringing together key players from the energy, fintech, communications and technology, industry, infrastructure, mobility and foodtech sectors.
