Fifteen places will be offered to young university graduates, and young qualified students from the different Higher Vocational Training cycles under the age of 30. They must all be unemployed, have no qualified work experience related to their training, as set out in the Novia Salcedo Trust requirements (which deals with this type of scholarships). In addition, the scholarships are open to both students registered in the second year of the Higher Vocational Training Cycle from centres belonging to Ikaslan, the Association coordinating the Public Vocational Training Centres of Biscay, and also in the Vocational Training Centre of Somorrostro respectively.<\/p>\n<p>All applicants must be registered in one of the nine riverside towns forming the Foundation\u2019s Board of Trustees (Bilbao, Erandio, Leioa, Getxo, Barakaldo, Sestao, Portugalete, Santurtzi and Zierbena).<\/p>\n<p>Closing dates for applications from Dual Vocational Training students and for graduates are 30 June and 5 September respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Scholarships will be for six months for university graduates, and the selection process will be undertaken by the Novia Salcedo Foundation.
