This vessel, 290 metres long with a 36-metre beam, has a capacity for 3,600 passengers and 1,560 crew. It will arrive at about 8.00 hours from Corunna and will remain at Getxo until 18.00 hours, when it departs for the French port of La Rochelle.<\/p>\n<p>The cruise ship has 1,557 cabins spread over 14 decks, a gymnasium with underwater views, a thermal water spa, a large auditorium, an open-air cinema and the first floating restaurant to be distinguished with a Michelin star.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Greater number of calls<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the 2015 season, 43 cruise ships called at the Port of Bilbao facilities at Getxo, while a 20% increase is expected for this year.<\/p>\n<p>Pullmantur\u2019s commitment to disembark passengers at Getxo again stands out as they will do in June and September, with routes through the North of Europe. The June route will comprise Lisbon, Vigo, Bilbao, Dover, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Rostock.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/div><div class=\"one_half column-last bbcol\"><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_18225\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-18225\" style=\"width: 535px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a class=\"thickbox\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bilbaoport.eus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Azura-2.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-18225\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-18225 size-medium\" title=\"Azura\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bilbaoport.eus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Azura-2-535x357.jpg\" alt=\"Azura\" width=\"535\" height=\"357\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bilbaoport.eus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Azura-2-535x357.jpg 535w, https:\/\/www.bilbaoport.eus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Azura-2-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.bilbaoport.eus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Azura-2.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.bilbaoport.eus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Azura-2-250x167.jpg 250w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 535px) 100vw, 535px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-18225\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Azura<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>This season, emblematic cruise ships such as the Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd (RCCL) <em>Celebrity Silhouette <\/em>and <em>Ovation of the Seas<\/em> will also make their first calls. The latter vessel is 348 metres long and has a capacity for 4,180 passengers. The same company\u2019s <em>Celebrity Constellation <\/em>will berth overnight in the Port of Bilbao as will the <em>Balmoral,<\/em> owned by the British company, Fred Olsen.<\/p>\n<p>In 2016, we will also be visited in May. July and August by the imposing <em>Britannia<\/em> (P&amp;O &#8211; Carnival), which is 330 metres long and holds almost 4000 people.
