Here, experts underlined the value of corporate volunteering as a strategic tool for improving working climates, team output and diversity as an imperative to adapt to market needs.<\/p>\n<p>A guest of honour at the Conference was Pablo Pineda, the first graduate with Down syndrome in Europe. He emphasized that \u201cDiversity is a natural characteristic in society and should be reflected in companies, since the more diverse a staff is, the more ideas and points of view are produced, thereby increasing the possibilities to connect with a wider and more diverse public.
