Section 4, subsection 5.<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"fondoGrisClaro paddingLR5\">Art. 223.<\/span> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">This charge is applied to<\/span> the use of piers, jetties, land accesses, other port facilities always provided that leisure craft do not transport goods.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"fondoGrisClaro paddingLR5\">Art. 224.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>The <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">substitute person<\/span> liable for this charge is the owner of the craft, agent, captain or owner.
