href=\"mailto:administracion-pcf.bizkaia@correo.gob.es\">administracion-pcf.bizkaia@correo.gob.es<\/a><\/b><strong>) 24 working hours in advance.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><u>Once documentation has been
