Section 4, subsection 5.<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<span class=\"fondoGrisClaro paddingLR5\">Art. 223.<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">This charge is applied to<\/span> the use of piers, jetties, land accesses, other port\u00a0facilities always provided that leisure craft do not transport goods.\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<span class=\"fondoGrisClaro paddingLR5\">Art. 224.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\nThe <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">substitute person<\/span> liable for this charge is the owner of the craft, agent, captain or owner.
